Consider This:
Major, global-level,
social, political, economic,
religious, and environmental changes
are well under way on the Earth,
today. The planet's ecological
system is in a critical ill
condition. Life as we
(collectively) are
presently living it is not
sustainable. Billions of
people are going to be drastically
and negatively affected by these
coming
changes. Millions
of people are already experiencing
the effects of Global Climate
Change. Species
extinction has reached an alarming
rate. The window of
opportunity for reversing these
devastating and deadly trends is
rapidly closing.
Ok, I know that, But I'm
Just One Person. What Can I do?
Most
of us realize that,
collectively, humans must make
significant changes very
soon. But most of us
also feel
overwhelmed and powerless because we
see the problem as so huge that no
matter what we, as individuals, do, it won't make any
difference. Fortunately, we have
discovered a way for each of us,
individually, and with relative
ease, to make a major
contribution resolving these
problems.
Our
goal is to show you that even though
the problems are large and seem
overwhelming, that: 1)
if you are willing to examine your
personal beliefs,
2) if you are willing to
change the dysfunctional beliefs and
behaviors you find within you,
and 3) if you are willing to
work together with others of like
mind, with our united efforts, we
can solve the major global level
problems and get beyond
them.
Why
will this work?
Because we have the technology
available right now, and humans have
the capacity to resolve even the
greatest of problems.
Then why are we in this mess?
Because false beliefs and the lack
of willingness to take action are in
the way.
Resolving
our collective problems
involves you because the
solution will only work if we
cooperate with each
other. A
