Seminar Considerations

.

.

.

Non-Profit Organizations:

A fee will be charged to cover our costs and expenses.   The balance of the fees will be donated to the  N. P. O.s.  The Theta trainer will receive a receipt for a tax deductible donation for the balance of the collective price of the seminar for all attendees.   If necessary to satisfy the rules, the  N. P. O.  pays the full price for the seminar and the Theta Healing Trainer then writes a donation check to the N. P. O.

Outside Attendees:

Depending upon the host organization and on the conditions, settings, and circumstance, we may at times, include attendees that are not part of the organization sponsoring the seminar.   This will only be done with  the knowledge and approval of the sponsoring organization.

Seminar Scheduling:

Each year there are several Mondays that are considered holidays and on which all government offices are closed and many corporations and business give their employees the day off.   These are ideal times to schedule a Saturday, Sunday, Monday  Tim Bar Seminar Series.

Many corporations and other businesses are willing to allow their employees to attend a seminar on a work day.   The Tim Bar Seminar Series can be scheduled for a Friday, Saturday and Sunday sequence on almost any weekend.   If this three-day plan were scheduled on a week end with a Monday holiday, this would give attendees a day of rest and integration following the three-training days.

Another option is to schedule the training for a Thursday, Friday and Saturday, giving  attendees Sunday as a day of rest and integration following the three-training days   This Thursday,  Friday, Saturday sequence can also be scheduled on almost any weekend.

Depending upon the needs and choices of the corporation hosting our program, the The Tim Bar Seminar Series can be scheduled for any three consecutive days without regard to weekday/weekend timing.

Seminar Prices

The cost to the corporations will be figured in one of two ways:  Who determines
A flat fee for which the corporation may bring into the seminar anywhere for twenty to fifty participants.
A price of  $---- per attendee.

At the Close of  the Seminar:

Invite participant to bring in their families and friends

Sepending on the scheduling, circumstances, and the talent available, at the end of the third day, we may schedule an evening of music and entertainment.   Attendees will be invited to bring their families and friends to celebrate and relax.    Most of the entertainment will be provided by professionals; however, some non-professionals from the community may also be invited to perform.

One of the goals of the evening  program will be to address the questions that skeptical family members and friends will have for those who have just completed the seminar.    For example a common skeptic statement goes something like this:   "You spent $500 dollars to learn how to tell God what to do.  Are you crazy or are you just stupid?   Get out another five-hundred bucks.    I have a bridge in Brookline I'll to sell you and a real cheap price."

Another goal of the evening entertainment will be to create familiarity -- to expose the seminar to potential attendees.   Still another goal is supporting the creating of a Theta Healing / Theta  Transformation mutual support community.    The potential here is beyond our present thinking.

The evening program will be kept relative small and simply.   In terms of style and format, the program will be designed for general audience appeal.   Two role models come to mind:   Prairie Home Companion and Andre Reiu.
